Return Policy

1. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process

To return an item, email customer service at info@thinknatural.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least ten (10) days from receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you by email once processed.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Damaged items
• Items used more than 50%
