1. Shipping & Delivery Options

• In-Store Pickup: Available Mon–Fri, 9:00am–4:00pm. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $60.
• Expedited Shipping: Offered via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, CanPar, and ShipStation. Fees vary and will be confirmed after checkout.

All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.

Please note: international deliveries may incur additional taxes or duties. These are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to addresses within Canada and the USA.

4. Delays

If your delivery is delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date.
